Easy basic chocolate brownie recipe, a recipe for simple chocolate brownies using basic ingredients already in your pantry. I love using chocolate bars while baking and definitely feel like the taste and texture is significantly better when I do. The only thing that I don’t look forward to is the melting of the chocolate, especially if it involves a double-boiler set up.{Check out more brownie recipes here like the eggless biscuit brownies, whole wheat brownies, and twix brownies}

Hi Nags,
This was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to try the Chocolate Mint Brownie – http://www.davidlebovitz.com/2011/03/chocolate-mint-brownies/ recipe but the proportions mentioned in this recipe seem outrageous (Since I will be the only one hogging them :)) and being entirely new to baking (more like 2 weeks in the business), I was not sure how to change the measurements and your recipe was a GOD send ๐
I have been checking out your blog for about again 2 weeks now ๐ You are doing a wonderful job. Your pictures make me want to cook up and eat everything.
Cheers,
Kanchana
